Shoplifters
Osamu and his family live in poverty in Tokyo. Trying to make ends meet, he and his son shoplift. They live in a humble abode on the periphery, forming with the other members of the household a weird clan of petty criminals. One day, Osamu discovers a little homeless girl, playing alone in frost weather on a balcony. After taking her home, he informally adopts the abandoned child. Osamu’s deed results in revealing the mystery within the shoplifters’ clan and casts doubt on the traditional notion of family. Kore-eda’s Shoplifters is a sensitive, multi-layered, refined drama about unconditional love and the dignity of the poor.

Při přepadení benzinové pumpy umírá pokladní. Ze záběrů na kamerách Specialisté zjišťují, že byl jeden z lupičů zraněn. Pátrají po okolních nemocnicích. O pár hodin později vychází najevo, že při jednom z výjezdů zmizela sanitka i s posádkou. Začíná boj o čas, při kterém jde o životy záchranářů, ale i o život zraněného mladičkého lupiče.(TV Nova)

Mrtvý mladistvý zavede Specialisty mezi problémovou mládež. Zavražděný chlapec žil na ulici, živil se příležitostnými krádežemi, ale zároveň byl klientem nízkoprahového centra pro mládež. V centru se schází celá skupina problémových mladistvých, je mezi nimi však i dobře situovaný syn radního. Podezřelými jsou jak mladíci z pouličního gangu, tak i radní, a také sociální pracovník, který centrum vede.(TV Nova)
