Teyla chce od jednoho věštce zjistit, kam se ztratili Athoisané. Vydává se tedy Sheppardovým týmem na planetu, na které věštec žije. Jejich příchod je již očekáván a jsou zavedeni k věštci. Ten ukáže nevěřícímu Rodneymu budoucnost - tým je během jedné mise přepaden a zajat Wraithy. Jaképak to je pro McKaye překvapení, když je poté kontaktuje Wraith, který byl s Johnem vězněn, a setkání je na místě, které Rodney viděl ve vizi... With the Ancients' city of Atlantis discovered in the Pegasus Galaxy by Stargate Command, Dr. Elizabeth Weir and Major Sheppard lead a scientific expedition to the ancient abandoned city.
