Zde Jake vystřelí po osobě, která drží předmět v ruce. Byl to však její syn a držel jen ovladač k televizi. Policejní inspekce rozjíždí vyšetřování. Jake je pod vlivem událostí nucen odevzdat odznak a zbraň. Stopy po výstřelu do okna, který Jakea dostal do celé této situace, se nedaří najít a s vyšetřovatelem státního návladního to nevypadá dobře... (cheyene)
