Marseille, Francie, televize právě oznámila zprávu, že úřady hledají Američana podezřelého z vraždy - na obrazovce se objevuje fotka Tonyho DiNozza... Leon Vance pověří DiNozza tajnou misí, o které ví pouze Vance, Gibbs a admirál Kendall. Jeho úkolem je v Marseille najít Kendallovu dceru Amandu a přivést zpět do USA. Podle Admirála se jeho dcera v Evropě přátelí s další volnomyšlenkářskou mládeží bohatých rodičů počínaje dcerou ruského překupníka zbraní a konče synem člena Íránské vlády. Obrážejí noční kluby, holdují alkoholu a fetují. Operace je přísně tajná. Tým francouzské NCIS má přivést Amandu na pobočku v Marseille, kde ji DiNozzo převezme. DiNozzo přijede do Marseille na pobočku NCIS. Tam zjistí, že 5 členů pobočky je zastřeleno a Amanda je pryč. Francouzská policie ji podezřívá, ale DiNozzovi je jasné, že tu něco nehraje. Inspektorka Cheblisová vyšetřuje vraždy na pobočce NCIS. DiNozzo telefonicky požádá o pomoc Gibbse. Mezitím ostatní členové Gibbsova týmu řeší vraždu muže, jehož tělo se našlo v žumpě. Při pitvě se přijde na to, že muž byl před smrtí krutě mučen. Zatím neví jeho identitu…(TV Prima)
