Hawkeye urazí majora Burnse a Margaret je svědek. Frank podá na Hawkeye žalobu, a ten je prozatím odsouzen k domácímu vězení. Do tábora přijíždí plukovnice, která má incident vyšetřit. Poté, co ji Frank navštíví ve stanu, obviní ho ze znásilnění. Margaret prohlásí, že Hawkeye je nevinen, a tak nakonec v domácím vězení skončí Frank.(TV Nova)
